Eastbrook Town Homes
Eastbrook is an urban infill revitalization development of high quality
office space and residential townhomes located in the heart of Brookside
along 35th Place, east of Peoria Avenue. The development will offer its
residents a location that is walking distance to the most popular
restaurants and shops in the area plus banking, groceries, tailors,
laundries, etc. Eastbrook townhomes will be of uncompromising quality,
incorporating the latest technologies, energy conservation, low maintenance
and environmentally responsible construction.
Toydrum's challenge in this project was to create a website that was simple,
even minimalistic in nature and yet at the same time provided as much
photography as possible.
The Eastbrook site was developed in quite a different from what we were used
to doing. Typically what happens is that we build a custom template, and
apply that to every page on the 'site. In the case of the Eastbrook
website, each individual page was constructed to be its own individual
layout.
The end result gives the website visitor a great sense of what the vision
for the development is. Of course a picture speaks a thousand words. We
wanted to get as MANY pictures as possible on the site and still make it
look clean and be easy to use.
